Need Vacuum Service? You can easily schedule an equipment pick up at your convenience, simply fill out our pickup form. We will email, Fax or phone you with an MSN number (material shipment number) this allows us to track the equipment service from start to finish. We will schedule one of our designated carriers to be at your facility when you indicate the equipment will be ready for shipment.

Note:
If you choose to use your own freight carrier please fill out our shipment Notification form.
Be sure to package and/or secure firmly on skid and label your equipment to make sure your equipment arrives safely and timely

The shipper is responsible for all shipping charges to and from The PumpWorks Inc. For convenience the charges will be prepaid and added to the cost of the equipment service.

The PumpWorks Inc. is not responsible for lost, misdirected, damaged or stolen shipments; any claims must be presented to the freight carrier. (The PumpWorks Inc. will provide you with forms and information should a freight claim become necessary.)

Note: Equipment sent to us for service will be disassembled and inspected for analysis and costing, no work is preformed beyond the inspection of unit until customer approval is made.

Customer is responsible for freight of unit to and from the service center, upon completion of this form, you will receive an email and/or a call from our customer service department with the estimated freight cost and an estimated repair service quote for your type equipment. As always The PumpWorks Inc. values your trust and patronage, we believe in upfront and honest communications and we never hide any of our charges, so you stay in complete control and are well informed about your service options. By filling in this form you are under no obligation to have your equipment picked up for service.
